The NQ Company was founded by Mike Papacoda, a leadership development practitioner with more than two decades of experience designing and facilitating programs for large organizations. The methodology behind this work was not built in a classroom. It was pressure-tested in real training rooms, with real leaders under real pressure.

Mike is the author of Unreplaceable: The Fight to Keep Leadership Human in the Age of AI, and holds certifications in GROW coaching, LUMA human-centered design, and DiSC. He is a speaker, facilitator, and the architect of the Relational Intelligence framework.
